Prices and conditions:
- above prices are based on 2 people;
- children from 0 to 2 are free;
- camping cot € 10.00;
- a minimum stay of 2 nights in low season;
- a minimum stay of 3 nights in mid season;
- a minimum stay of 4 nights in high season;
- Final cleaning costs2 bedroom apartment: € 15,- (1,2,3,5,6 app);
- Final cleaning costs3 bedroom apartment: € 25,- (app 4 and 7);
- For stays of 7 days or more and receive 10% discount on the total price! (Excluding cleaning costs).
Payment Terms:
- We ask a deposit of 25% within 1 week after reservation;
- The remaining amount, no later than 4 weeks before arrival;
- Prices include 8% tax.
Cancellation policy:
- cancellation up to 56 days before departure the deposit (25% of the fare);
- cancellation of 56 to 28 days before departure 50% of the fare;
- cancellation of 28 to 14 days before departure 75% of the fare;
- cancellation from 14 days before departure the full fare.
